After Cintoo receives a purchase order, Ricoh ships the certified THETA X camera directly to your specified address. Upon receipt of the camera IDs, Cintoo activates the subscriptions, enabling you to begin capturing and uploading 360 videos. Content is automatically uploaded to Ricoh360 when the device connects to Wi‑Fi, and is also imported into Cintoo, and can then be aligned within the platform using dedicated 360 alignment tools.
