Facilitate the seamless transfer of laser scan data between your local environment and Cintoo through Cintoo Connect, a dedicated Windows application. Designed for users needing to upload and download scan data – structured, unstructured, or unified – or download the scan data as a point cloud, in the desired format. Cintoo Connect ensures that your data remains accurate and accessible throughout your project lifecycle.
Navigate your scanned facilities using the VR Experience application, which runs on the Unreal Engine and is cloud-connected to Cintoo. Turn each one of your projects into an industrial metaverse experience to glean a full understanding of your locations and assets. View and interact with your scan and BIM projects as high-resolution 3D mesh at a full 1:1 scale. See how it works here.
The Revit plugin is designed for users who rely on high-precision scan data to drive their modeling workflows. This powerful new tool eliminates unnecessary steps by enabling you to access and import your Cintoo scan data directly within the Revit environment—no downloads, no file conversions, and no delay.
Now, you can connect your account to Revit, browse your available projects and Work Zones, and pull in the exact scan data you need—right from within your modeling workspace.
Built to streamline your construction process, Cintoo has developed an automatic Progress Monitoring web service to quantify BIM versus scan coverage gaps and create CIPM reports. Utilizing script-based processes, the CIPM to issues tool analyzes the computed scan coverage for each selected BIM model element listed in this report to generate issues directly within Cintoo. Then, they are exported as BCF (BIM collaboration format) files.
This seamless integration enables your teams to document and detect the BIM model elements that that may not be built yet. Streamline your construction monitoring process, reduce manual oversight, and ensure that construction goes according to the design intent.
Cintoo's integration with Microsoft Power BI transforms your construction progress monitoring data into dynamic, interactive dashboards.
By leveraging Progress Monitoring Reports, you can visualize construction progress in real-time, with BIM elements filtered based on scan coverage thresholds. This seamless integration allows project stakeholders to quickly visualize areas that meet or fall short of construction milestones, enhancing decision-making and project efficiency. This combined power facilitates proactive management and ensures alignment with project timelines and goals.
